This guide shows how to set up a Frontline Connector that connects to multiple domains.
Technical Users
To connect to multiple domains with one instance of the connector, create a technical user for every domain. Technical users can be created by the sysadmin.
Connector Configuration
In the xservice.properties it is required to enter all the API-keys for the created users, separated by a comma.
# Frontline Connector property file # add comma separated api keys of related integration-service users fcc.api-key=<technical_user_api_key_domain_1>,<technical_user_api_key_domain_2>,<technical_user_api_key_domain_3>,<technical_user_api_key_domain_4>,<technical_user_api_key_domain_5>
Restart the Connector to apply the configuration.
Confirm that all domains work as expected by logging in as sysadmin and check the online status of the technical users.
