After successfully deploying TeamViewer on your devices, you can define user access for unattended connections through groups or device permissions.

How to grant Easy access via device groups

To grant Easy access via a device group, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Device list menu.
2. Select the device group you want to edit in the Groups section.
3. Go to Edit group and click Edit group information.
4. Go to the Permissions tab and click Manager permissions.
5. Edit the managers' permissions and tick Easy Access (unattended).
6. To confirm, click Save and Save changes.

You have successfully granted Easy access via a device group.

How to grant Easy access to a single device

To grant Easy access to a single device, please follow the instructions below:

1. Go to the Device list menu.
2. Click the device you want to edit.
3. In the device details, click Edit.
4. Go to the Permissions tab and click Manager permissions.
5. Edit the managers' permissions and tick Easy Access (unattended).
6. To confirm, click Save and Save changes.

You have successfully granted Easy access to a single device.
