You can change your account information (e.g., your e-mail address, password, and picture) from the Management Console.

This article applies to all TeamViewer (Classic) users.

How to change your account e-mail

To change your account e-mail, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Sign in to the Management Console at https://login.teamviewer.com.
  2. Click the button displaying your name in the top-right corner and click on Edit profile.
  3. Go to General on the left menu. In the General settings, you will see the email field. Enter the new email address here.
  4. Click Save in the upper left corner to confirm the changes.
  5. Access the inbox of the new e-mail address, open the e-mail that TeamViewer (Classic) has and finalize the change.

📌Notes:

  • Changing the account email does NOT change your invoicing email. Please contact our support team if you would like to change your invoicing email.
  • The new e-mail address must not be attached to any TeamViewer account. If so, please delete the TeamViewer account attached to the new e-mail before processing the e-mail address change.
