From my WIn10 Desktop using TV, I'm trying to remotely assist a relative using a Pixel 3 with QuickSupport loaded. I can view their cell phone screen but I cannot control it.
I did not see a QuickSupport addon for PixeI so is RC not supported?

If an add-on is available for your Pixel 3 model, the device should be prompted automatically with a pop-up asking to download the add-on.
If not, this means there is no add-on available for your device and RC is therefore not supported.
