I've been connecting to 4 different PC's without any issues, but all of a sudden I'm now unable to remote control one of the PC's? I can login to view their screen but I'm unable to take control?
Any assistance would be gratefully received.

I had already checked this and all set correctly. We have just found a workaround though so all solved. Here's our solution:
If you click on Actions and then click on the “Disable remote input” checkbox you can then take full control of the pc
