Nor can I find where to submit a support ticket. When I login to the management console it says "Free" under my name. One of my computers says "Remote Access" under my name and the other says "Free" in the Teamviewer console, and I cannot connect because it says I do not have the proper licensing. Both computers are on my account, and this was working up until this point.
I have tried rebooting and logging out and back in, but the issue appears to be an account issue.
