I want to remotely support my grandma.
grandma: iPhone 7, iOS 13.3
me: windows 10 pro
I tried it with the app Quicksupport @the iPhone 7. But I wasnt able to do it/connect properly.

To assist your grandma with her iPhone, please follow the procedure explained in our article 👉 Share the screen on your iPad/iPhone, especially the part about the Screen Recording option that needs to be activated.
❗ Keep in mind that on iOS devices, it is only possible to see the screen. You cannot control it.
