granting easy access for specific user and PC

I am unable to grant easy access on new PC for specific user, even when I log in with my administrator account the box is greyed out and configure button is also greyed out.

What am I doing wrong?

Never mind. I figured it out. I had to run the program with Windows administrative rights.
