During setup attempts, QR code scanner via the frontline app times out on the Vuzix M4000

I had to remove the video you posted for privacy/security reasons.
The reason why it's not working is that you are scanning the wrong QR code.
The QR you are scanning is for smartphones, not for smart glasses.
To access the correct QR code, please:
You'll find there the QR code you need.
P.S. you need admin right to perform these steps.

Thanks again for your answer. We tried doing the steps mentioned and still getting the same timeout message when attempting to scan code under application management with the M4000.
We tried multiple QR codes, the only scanning capability at the moment works when signing into Wifi.
If you are still getting the same timeout message, then you'll need to open a ticket.
