This article applies to all customers with a valid TeamViewer Business-license for TeamViewer 13.
How to activate the Business license on your TeamViewer account?
After purchasing a Business-license in version 13 (new license or an update from a previous version), you will receive an order confirmation email including a link to activate the Business-license on your TeamViewer account via the TeamViewer Management Console.
1. Click on the link in the confirmation email to activate your Business-license on your TeamViewer account. You will be redirected into the webbased TeamViewer Management Console.
2. Log in with the credentials of your TeamViewer account. If you do not have a TeamViewer account yet, please select the Create new account radio button and enter your personal information. Finish the process by clicking on Sign in & Activate license.
2.a. (When creating a new account): To complete the registration process of your new TeamViewer account, TeamViewer will send you an account activation email. By clicking the link inside the activation email you can activate your new TeamViewer account.
Note: Please make sure to also check you spam/junk folder in case you can not find the activation email in your regular inbox.
How to use the license on the three possible installations?
1. After activating the Business-license on your TeamViewer account, sign into the Computer & contacts list on up to three devices you want to use for making TeamViewer connections.
2. These three devices are now licensed and you can make commercial connections, when you are signed in in Computers & contacts list.
3. If you would like to change the workstations with a license, please sign in to the TeamViewer Management Console
4. Click on your display name in the upper righthand corner and choose Edit profile and click on the Licensing tab. Here you can deactivate the license activation from one of the devices.
5. Now you can sign in with your TeamViewer account on a new device to use the Business-license on the new divice.
Note: You can change the Business-license activation up to 10 times
