How to transfer my 2FA code on the APP Authenticator from my old phone to another one. My account is  [removed per Community Guidelines]. I do not know how to disable 2FA.

We are sorry to hear that you forgot your recovery code. In this case, you have two alternatives:

* If you have a license, you can contact our support team and they will provide a solution for your case.
* If you don´t have a license the suggestion is to delete the account and create a new one.

For transferring the 2FA across different devices, you may Deactivate Two-Factor Authentication and then Activate Two-Factor Authentication on the TeamViewer Management Console. Please also have the recovery code ready as it is needed for the deactivation.
