I can create and run remote sessions from the web as shown here (https://community.teamviewer.com/English/kb/teamviewer-tensor) but there does not seem to be an option to do this from the desktop app. Very frustrating as customers often ask for a session link but i don't want to use the web interface.

Should have poked around a little more. I eventually found the option but it is not at all intuitive.
