Trying to access remote computer for 1st time. What am I doing wrong?

It keeps saying the computer I'm trying to access needs to pay $119 to have access. That wasn't what I was told when I bought it.

* Paid or free account? Not that it matters , I've used teamviewer free over 5 years now and only started having connection problems. Im in a different state than my mother. I connect to her pc with TV and use the un -attended mode so I dont have to call her for the access codes. So when you setup the remote pc, its best to make sure unattended mode is configured. A firewall might also be an issue. That would have to be configured to allow remote access. And make sure a VPN is NOT on the remote pc unless you know how to setup the VPN. Thats all I have.
