I am trying to remotely connect to Galaxy S25 series devices with Android version 15, but I am encountering a problem that prevents me from touching the screen and I can only view it. I would like to know, is this in development?
Same here. S22/23/24 no problem. S25 comes out, nothing to do with the S25. With Apple I know it is not working. So advised everyone to change to Samsung. Now Teamviewer is giving a headache unfornately. Pls give a timeframe of solving this problem.
And is there a solution to this? Or is there a time frame for this to resolve?
I currently face the same problem when trying to connect to a customers phone.
