As basic checkups, please confirm the following:

• Check if both of your devices (local and remote) are on the list of supported OS (Windows 11 pro appears to be supported)

Supported operating systems for TeamViewer

• Keep your TeamViewer up to date (on both local and remote sides). Please refer to the article to check your TeamViewer version:

Update TeamViewer

• Restart TeamViewer. Please refer to the GIF: Restart TeamViewer

There are two ways to set up file transfer in TeamViewer:

1. You can access to file transfer function from the toolbar during a remote session. This article walks you through the steps to initiate this method: Share files with the file box
2. You can also start a file transfer session directly. This requires initial setup on the remote device. Please refer to the article for more details: Open a file transfer session
