Can't connect

Question

"Beth" and I just downloaded  and installed TeamViewer from TeamViewer's website.  (Free Version)

She can connect to my PC, but when I try to connect with hers I get an error saying that it can't connect because my version is outdated.

Checking for updates  shows that  we're both running the latest version.

We're both running Windows 11.

The remote laptop now shows that an update is available, so I downloaded and ran it. I'm local at the moment, but I made a local test connection OK. I'll need to test it from another network…

Could you share a screenshot of the error message you see when trying to connect to Beth's device?
