We would like to inform you that, as of 25 August 2026, TeamViewer will no longer provide support, maintenance, security updates, or compatibility assurances for TeamViewer Remote Control, TeamViewer QuickSupport, and TeamViewer Assist AR running on iOS 15, iOS 16, iPadOS 15, and iPadOS 16.
This change is in line with Apple’s own decision to end support for these operating systems in 2022 and 2023.
What this means for you
- We recommend upgrading your device to a supported operating system version as soon as possible to continue using the latest TeamViewer mobile applications and benefit from the latest available features, improvements, and security updates.
- Existing TeamViewer mobile app versions may continue to operate on these operating systems; however, TeamViewer will no longer test, maintain, or support them after 25 August 2026.
- Devices running unsupported operating systems will not receive new TeamViewer features, bug fixes, or security updates.
- TeamViewer cannot guarantee the security, availability, or proper functioning of its applications on operating systems that are no longer supported by Apple.
