Hello everyone,
While providing remote support through TeamViewer, I noticed an unusual issue when testing browser-based tools on two different Windows computers.
The systems have the same browser version, similar regional settings, and synchronized system clocks. However, when entering identical date and time values, the generated results are not always consistent between the two machines.
One example where I observed this behavior was during testing of an ascendente zodiacale calculator that relies on precise date and time inputs.
Before I spend more time investigating browser settings, I'd like to understand whether anyone has experienced something similar during remote sessions.
A few questions:
- Can regional settings fail to synchronize properly between remote and local devices?
- Have you seen browser input fields behave differently during TeamViewer sessions?
- Are there recommended checks for timezone, keyboard layout, or locale settings when troubleshooting calculation differences?
I'm interested in understanding whether this is more likely a Windows configuration issue or something that remote support technicians commonly encounter.
Thanks for any advice.
