remote access licence is not recognized?

Dear all,

my remote access licence is only recognized when i sign in into my account portal but i cannot open a ticket, open the chat or anything related. When I sign into the app, I am listed as "free license". If i missed the activation email, it was most likely deleted from my spam folder.

Any ideas how i can activate my account?

If your license is visible in your Customer Portal account but the TeamViewer application still shows Free License, this is likely related to the account activation and requires assistance from our team.
