Multiple monitors - bug in toolbar in newer teamviewer version

In my own pc, with an older version of TV I don't see this issue. On newer versions, connecting to a PC with teamviewer host, and 3 monitors, the icons at the top for "toggle monitor" don't appear at the start. Clicking "view" - but not actually selecting anything is enough to make the monitor icons appear.

So please fix it so as before, it populates the full toolbar when doing a connection, as it is majorly inconvenient to have to select view before switching to the other monitors. We quite often need to switch to the second or third monitor, and the operators are frequently dipping in and out of the target machines.

Thanks for the reply. So I spent most of today on this. It definitely is the new version, because the older version on some machines was not showing the problem. Found a partial solution was registry current-user setting in Teamviewer -called "UsedOneUIPhase" which was 5 - setting it to 2 partially solved it, go figure…

But one machine still often shows no monitor icons (try it yourself against a machine with 3 monitors). So I wrote an autoit script that moves the window one pixel, and then back again. This is quite complicated as it has to match any window with "- teamviewer" and keep track of which one it's moved. But it does work. The problem may be when your own machine is multi-monitor and the target machine is multi-monitor.

This sounds like a compatibility issue in the newer TeamViewer version. Updating to the latest release or checking the toolbar display settings may help, especially when multiple monitors are connected.
