License refund

Question

Hi, I originally signed up with gmail and bought a license. I deleted my account and signed up again directly with my email thinking the license would automatically transfer since it's the same email. Please refund my license I will get a new license at a later date. I am unable to contact real support and do not want to do a chargeback.

I cannot submit a ticket or chat without a license. That guide does not work. I only received and invoice.

Please know that if you delete the account, you need to activate your license again following the steps here:

Our Community cannot process cancelation requests, all cancellations must be processed via ticket by the designated teams. Also, please note that chargeback will not cancel your subscription nor auto renewal. To cancel your subscription, please submit a ticket requesting cancellation. If you can't open a ticket, contact our support teams via chat or phone for assistance with the ticket creation.
