device-authentication-link email did not come from TEAMVIEWER. Why?

today, i wanted to access the following TEAMVIEWER web-page .

https://login.teamviewer.com/cmd/joincompany

For the access, sign-in seems mandatory.

So, i tried to sign-in with my free TEAMVIEWER account ( without any payment ) .

Then, the TEAMVIEWER-web showed screen that says " TEAMVIEWER sent device-authentication-link email " in Japanese-language , as red line on screen-shot i attach.

Then, i waited for 3 hours.

But email did not come from TEAMVIEWER.

If you know the reason, would you let me know?

Thank you for your question and for keeping us updated on your latest test results.

We're glad to hear that the device authentication email arrived in the meantime. Were you then able to successfully sign in and complete the company join process?

To prevent such issues in the future, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your TeamViewer account. When 2FA is enabled, the Trusted Device authorization email is no longer required when signing in on a new device. You can learn more about setting 2FA up here.

Please see below for more information on resolving your issue as well:

If the authentication email does not arrive, we recommend checking the following:

1. Double-check that you are entering the correct email address associated with your TeamViewer account.

2. Check your spam and junk folders to ensure the email was not filtered.

3. Add service-noreply@TeamViewer.com or the TeamViewer domain to your safe sender's list.

4. Once done, wait 5-10 minutes and try again.

i signed in to the same URL above, at 8SEP2026 .

Then, valid email came from TEAMVIEWER to me.

The email does not come sometimes.

Comes sometimes.

The behavior depends on the day.

Does someone know the reason?
