From Settings - Remote Control, it is easy to define the hotkey.

How to configure your hotkey:
- Open Settings.
- Select Remote control under Devices.
- Click Session settings.
- Open Incoming connections.

- Click on either the bar or the Edit icon.
- Enter your preferred keyboard shortcut.
- Select Save.
If you'd like to return to the original TeamViewer shortcut at any time, just click Set to default. This restores the hotkey to Ctrl + Alt + F8.
