Never received my activation email

Question

I have checked SPAM but never got the activation email.  The money has been taken from my account but I cannot activate my team viewer and until its activated there is no support available.

I'm completely frustrated by the lack of support from such a big company.

How to do speak to someone about this ?

@Jason Byrne  I'll try.  [removed per Community Guidelines]  I assume you can't activate the license because the activation email never arrived [removed per Community Guidelines]  And you can't submit a ticket because you don't have a license or invoice number, right?  [removed per Community Guidelines]  Are you able to sign in with the email address that you used to buy the license?  Have you tried support via chat?

I know that's a lot of questions, but I'm hoping that with at least one of those I'll strike oil.

How do I sort this out?

I'm not entitled to online support with the licence I bought as I can't activate it, and they will also NOT speak to me on the phone as the licence I purchased doesn't not include telephone support.

They have taken my money and now I cannot speak to anyone about it.

Can some PLEASE help me get this sorted?
