How do I permanently unsubscribe?

I received an email with the subject  "[TeamViewer Community] Emma Charlotte commented on Commercial use - Connection time out" from  noreply@mails.community.teamviewer.com with the notation "Emma Charlotte commented on Commercial use - Connection time out"

Already annoyed, I decided to check it out.  The comment was from 2019.  I quit TV because of its vague free version policy.  I used it to help my friends and family.  I offered TV 100% of my income derived from my use of TV.

I see that this issue still persists.  All the more reason to sever ties with TV.  Which I have tried to do.  But, TV continues to act like a **Bleep** 17 year-old.   I am now forced to send all email from .teamviewer.com to spam.

The product was good, the administration made it not worth the aggravation.

Please know that Community users can manage their notifications on their Profiles:

1. Click on your profile image at the top right of the page.

2. Click on account & privacy settings.

3. Go to Notification Preferences and adjust your settings as you prefer.

4. Double-check the Following Content setting as well to manage the notifications by clicking the bell icon.
