Signed out of TeamViewer every day

Question

Hello,

everyday when I turn on my laptop I'm signed out in TeamViewer. So I need to login again. It happens really everyday. I tried to uninstall and install TeamViewer but I still have this issue.

Using the latest version 15.81.6 and Windows 11 Pro with the latest updates too.

Do you guys have any hint how can I solve this issue? It's really annoying..

Since Keep me signed in is already enabled, we'd like to clarify two additional points:

* Did TeamViewer stay signed in correctly in the past, and this behavior only started recently?
* When you reinstalled TeamViewer, did you select the option to remove settings during the uninstall process? This guarantees a clean installation the next time TeamViewer is installed.

If the issue started recently and persists after a clean reinstall, a more in-depth investigation may be required.

Thanks a lot for your first post in the TeamViewer Community and for already testing a reinstall.

One thing we'd like to check: when you sign in to TeamViewer, is the Keep me signed in option enabled?

If this option is not selected, TeamViewer may require you to sign in again the next time you start your device.

Please verify that Keep me signed in is checked when entering your password, then test whether TeamViewer keeps you signed in after a restart.

Let us know how it goes! We're happy to take a closer look if the behavior persists even with this option enabled.
