Hello @James Castro,

Welcome to the TeamViewer Community and thank you for reaching out!

To clarify the licensing terms:

Licensed users: The number of people who can be assigned to the license and sign in with their TeamViewer account.

Concurrent connection (channel): The number of users who can start remote connections at the same time.

Since you're looking for a setup where 3 users can remotely connect to devices simultaneously, the best next step is to speak with our Sales team. They can recommend the license that best fits your team's requirements:

Talk to our sales team | TeamViewer

They can also explain the different licensing options in more detail and help ensure you select the right plan for your environment.

Let us know if any questions come up.

Best,
Sophia
