Hi all,
I am delighted to introduce myself as TeamViewer's new Community Manager! It’s a privilege to join such an active space, especially at a time when genuine human interaction can be hard to find in the world of technical support.
Of course, I would be remiss not to thank @JeanK for passing me the baton. Over the past four years, Jean has (to name only a few of his achievements): redesigned the Community, introduced custom user journeys, set-up regular content publication schedules and guidelines, and improved ideation management. Thanks to him, the TeamViewer Community has seen a 40% increase in membership. Needless to say, I have some big shoes to fill.
Keep an eye out for Jean's continued contributions to the Community as he embarks on his new journey as a Product Manager.
Let’s celebrate together!
For my part, I am incredibly lucky to join a celebratory moment in time: Autumn 2026 will mark the TeamViewer Community’s 10-year anniversary. To commemorate this milestone, we will be hosting the first online anniversary event in the Community's history. Don’t miss your opportunity to celebrate the people who make the TeamViewer Community special: our moderators (some of whom you'll have the chance to meet) and our users. Please keep an eye out for upcoming announcements and registration details.
Our 10th anniversary online event is scheduled for November 2026.

I'm also looking forward to welcoming new and reconnecting with existing Community super users. As part of the TeamViewer Stars program, super users not only serve to promote peer-to-peer engagement, they are also eligible to receive perks such as exclusive online AMAs with TeamViewer staff, LinkedIn certificates, TeamViewer swag bags, and much more!
If you're interested in joining (or rejoining) the TeamViewer Stars program, feel free to send me a private message. I'd be happy to tell you more 🌟
