so i am a service desk employee for a company that has over a couple hundred staff. we use dell computers that have service tags as a computer name. we only use teamviewer to trouble shoot basic issues. no meetings or file transfer, just remoting in. anyways i am tasked with upgrading how we use teamviewer. so the question i have is. what is the best way to implement teamviewer. i need to be able to search by username to find the user i need to connect with, ive tested creating an account and adding a remote host to the account and it shows up as the service tag(or computer name). i need to be able to link the computer name somehow to a user. any ideas.
