how to restore contact folder ?

I exedentlly delete a shared contact folder.

is it possible to restore it ?

Unfortunately no, there is no way to restore deleted items.

However, it is not possible to delete a group with anything in it.
EXCEPT - If the group was not owned by you, but instead shared to you by another user (Identifiable by a white cloud next to the group) then you can "Delete" the group from your list even if it had items in it.

If the case is it was a shared group, then the group has not really been deleted, just Un-shared with you. The original owner can share this with you again in this case.
