Fuzzy screen with Host for Android

I've tried TeamViewer Quick Support and TeamViewer Host on Android device (Kindle Fire 7) . When I connect to it with TeamViewer for Mac (13.0.6447) I see the fuzzy screen. Is there a way to solve this?

update: it shows fuzzy screen only in portrait mode, when I turn android tablet to landscape - works perfectly
