We use TV 11 as standard support tool. Recently I've noticed that I can't start TVQS in my enviroment and after short investigation I found that TV is blocked by a software restriction policy. TV QS 9 is the last version which starts in folder where it is started not trying to unpack itself in Temp folder and start exe from there which is typical crypto virus behaviour. You should try to return this behaviour in the new versions of TVQS.
