Teamviever end session past 5 minutes on business account

HI. I have Business account & last 5-7 minutes I have new problem. Session closed after 3-10 minutes after start((( What am I to do?

Not sure this is limited to paying customers
As a free user i was having this exact issue and not i cant even connect.
Teamviewer cant help me but hopefully they can help you
