Hi All,

Can QuickSuuport offline work in intranet only? Remote access to user computer throught LAN connection with local IP address.

Thank you for posting.

Unfortunately QuickSupport cannot work in a LAN network.

I would recommend to use TeamViewer full version or Host module in order to be able to connect in a LAN network.
