I want to cancel my subscription for a FULL REFUND

I want to cancel my subscription for a FULL refund immediately as I am less than my 7 free days trial. I want my money back on this program just as promised.

According to the Product description on the teamviewer website & the Teamviewer Refund policy, it is clearly specified that there is a 7-day money-back guarantee policy, in which I am entitled to make a claim for a full refund(the personal information has been deleted by a moderator). Today is 28 Dec 2018 and the date of purchase is made on 25 Dec 2018 as shown in the invoice#**Please do not post TeamViewer IDs**.


Teamviewer Refund Policy - “If you are not 100% satisfied, simply cancel your order within 7 days. Receive a full refund with no need to justify your decision.”

I have already submitted some tickets for the refund. Sadly no reply from the ticket. And now I offically make a reuqest on the community for full refund today 28/12/2018.

    I am also posting notification today that I wish to cancel my automatically renewed TeamViewer account. email [removed per Community Guidelines] .  I will open a ticket today now aswell but am posting here notification in case there is a problem or delay.

  • On date of 14/04/2020, I been receive an automatic charge to my credit card for the renewal. I would like to request for refund. I no longer continue your service. 
    Please proceed for refund.

    I HIGHLY recommend to NOT subscribe to teamviewer. They will scam you and use all sorts of tactics to sucker you back in and steal your [removed per Community Guidelines]. 28 days before your license ends you have to submit in writing?? Extremely unethical. I am trying to post as much as I can for users to NOT use teamviewer!!! I actually sent my request in 21 days before my subscription was up and got notified that I was suckered back in for another year for [removed per Community Guidelines]. Luckily I cancelled my credit card and they can't resubscribe me. Who does that as a company? Obviously they need and want your money very badly and have made the process of canceling extremely difficult. As an example I tried calling the support # and was on hold for 44min 52 sec and magically got dropped. I called back and selected sales and was magically connected with someone in less than 1 minute. Of course that is a completely different department and they couldn't help me. Utter joke. DO NOT USE TEAMVIEWER!! It actually feels like a timeshare, you will never get out of it. Many many many other remote access software out there for half their cost. Spread the word!

    I need to request a refund as it is impossible for me to use the license I just purchased - there is a continual error in the activation.

    I just purchased and I am requesting a refund now thanks.
