control an Android without approval

I would like to control my other android phone from my 1st phone, but without having to approve the connection on the 2nd phone (since it's not nearby). How do I do that?

Yes, I am just wanting to use this to take control of an android phone I am sending to my 95 year old mother so I can straighten the phone out when she messes it up. I haven't found any SIMPLE instructions to use Teamviewer for this purpose. I will need to somehow activate teamviewer and lock it to be on since I am 2000 miles away. I will not be able to ask her to do anything. Can this app provide what I am looking for?
