Connectivity Problem for all of users
We are a ISP in Iran,
Many of our customers can not connect to TeamViewer servers,
There is no firewall, no policy...
It is going on from 12 days ago,
For example one of our customer has a wide ip address range (188.8.131.52/24) however they cant connect with none of them,
It says : "No Connection to partner, partner did not connect to router Err code: WaitforConnectFailed"
"Protocol negotiation failed"
Please inform me how to connect teamviewer support team, any email address.
