Data Protection Specialist (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Data Protection Specialist (m/f/d) for our headquarter office in Göppingen, Germany.
- Management and documentation of the RoPa (Record of Processing activities) for Customer Support
- Processing the requests for information according to DSGVO/GDPR and optimizing the associated processes
- Verification, checking and archiving of customer DPAs and ToMs
- Close collaboration and consultation with Legal and Data Protection Officers on specific customer requests regarding Customer DPAs and TOMs for Customer Support
- Creating and Maintaining DPIA for Customer Support
- Regulating the access rights to personal data and processes for Customer Support
- Ensuring the deletion of personal data that is no longer required for Customer Support
- Answer the GDPR customer requests
- Internal contact for GDPR questions for the Customer Support department
- Contact person for the onboarding process of new suppliers in Customer Support including checking the documents (DPA and ToM) for completeness, signature or changes
- Maintain the supplier list for Customer Support
- Define and design appropriate organizational measures for possible risks in the handling of personal data for Customer Support and their regular evaluation or review
- Back up for the Data Protection Investigator, which includes tasks such as processing general security feedback about customers or private folders and protocol abnormalities of fraud
- Cooperation in the exchange of information between security and the Fraud commissioned
- Affinity to IT systems, IT topics, and customer support processes
- Affinity to legal issues, in particular, GDPR Topics
- Strong Communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Language skills: German (Business Level) and English (fluent)
