How can I assign a user as an Agent on teamviewer tensor? On the management console it only shoes me the number of licenses of Tensor but not who is agent and who has remote access only.
I cannot remove assigned user to add/replace the user in the management console. When click an assigned user to remove, the remove button us greyed out.
