Error when activating license - The license number is not valid

I am trying to install a copy of Teamviewer 10 with a corporate license onto a PC and I am getting an error 'The license number is not valid'.  I have used this in the past without issue

 

ANy help greatly appreciated

Thanks for posting.

Could the licence key have been upgraded to a later version? If it was, the previous licence key is deactivated.
