2 factor Authentication added to my account.

Im not a frequent user but this is my go to software when i try to help family members who are far. I tried to log in this morning to my account. ( I created this new account to post here). And i see that 2 factor authentication is enabled. I dont recall adding this. I am unable to access my account. I read in another post that i should create a topic and wait for someone to help. I dont mind if my other account is deleted. Please contact me with details on how i should handle this. thank!.
