License activation

Dear all,

we have bought a license, and received an activation link, but when we click on link and log to portal via email (which was used for license ordering), we receive an error "The entered license is invalid".

We contacted TV, and got link which we need to use to submit a ticked https://www.teamviewer.com/en/support/#submitTicket but this link is for this forum, and not technical support...or TV does support via this forum only?

We have followed this info https://community.teamviewer.com/t5/Knowledge-Base-EN/How-to-activate-your-license/ta-p/4326 but still cannot activate license.

Any idea how to activate paid license?

    Thanks a lot for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?

    We are sorry for this inconvenience. The link How to submit a ticket will share the steps you need to follow in order to open a ticket. However, it is true that you need to be logged into your account to be able to open our Customer Support Portal, otherwise you will be directed back to our Community. 

    In this case, If you are using the email account you linked your license with and still, you are not able to access to your account, I will suggest calling our Support Team there our team will be happy to assist you.
