License reactivation - overdue invoice

Hello,

I have repurchased a license on 2020-09-24 after my invoice has been overdue as of 2020-07-17.
I have been waiting for my license to be  active but TV recognizes me still as a free user.

I can't find a way to contact the support team, and I am pending some job deployment.
Thanks for any help.

  • I have the same problem, and I am in a big trouble to get my job done. How can I reach the support or open a ticket?
