Only blue hand cursor in the android host?

TeamViewer 14 (OS Win10) does not control TeamViewer Host Android (only the preview and cursor "blue hand")?
Both TeamViewers logged in to the same company account.
What can cause blocked control?

    Try pressing both volume buttons together. That toggles between remote control and view only on my phone.
