Remote desktop freezes after being connected.

Remote Desktop freezes after connected and cannot see anything of the other side. The mouse is working as I tried to connect it from my phone as well and move my mouse around, but it won't show the screen. Any solution?

    Next time it happens, could you try to Refresh the remote screen within the remote control session?
