Have license for 200 machines but getting "Install Limit Reached"
I have a license that allows me to monitor up to 200 devices. I have about 30 set up for remote access. I am trying to set up access on a new machine. I try to log into Team Viewer on the new device with my account and a geting an "Install Limit Reached". I am far from reaching my limit, so I don't know why I would be getting this message. I recently turned on DUO authentication. I don't know if that is somehow interfering with the process.

Hello @MITJack,
Thank you for your message and welcome to the TeamViewer Community! ?
The Business subscription has been designed for one user who owns 3 devices. This means, that you can activate your Business subscription on 3 devices that will allow you to connect to an unlimited number of remote devices.
To activate your Business subscription on a device, you simply need to log into TeamViewer with your e-mail and password with your licensed TeamViewer account.
Please note that the Business license should be activated on your own devices you are using to make outgoing connections (not on the remote devices).
You have reached the installation limit. This means that you already have defined your 3 devices. You can manage them (remove/add) your activated devices in your Managment Console by following this procedure: Install Limit Reached
I hope this could help. ?
If not, do not hesitate to ask your questions here. ?Best regards,
Jean

Jean: Thank you for the clarification. That makes sense, but that circles me around to the question on why I could not set up unattended access. At first it said the account needed administrative rights. I gave the account admin rights, but when I go back into Team Viewer, there is no Start with Windows command, the Grant Easy Access checkbox is not accessible, and the Assign to Account button is greyed out as well.
