Good Morning,
We have a remote payment terminal, and we need to talk remotely with the user, but the microphone on the remote is deactivated, it needs local activation.
How can we activate the remote microphone automatically, without the interaction of the remote user?

The user on the remote device needs to enable the microphone themself. It is a security setting to avoid that audio is being transmitted before the user is "ready for it".

Hello,
I understand it, but for neglected terminals it is not a single user, but people who are making a product purchase, and we need to contact them because they have a problem in the payment terminal.
Is there a way to disable such "wait" by default?
