When I Clicked on my activation link on my activation email the webpage loaded said invalid token?

Hi, got hit with commercial use so i bought package, cant submit a ticket or get phone support due to my licence not being active please help? i paid for the remote access to 3 devices(felt like i didnt need a full plan w phone support as im only one individual using it to 1 remote computer..), . cant connect to my device for more than 2 min and account shows free still. please help me out if you can?
