Users unable to change settings

When users open Options ind TeamViewer, they aren't able to change any settings (everything greyed out).

When running Teamviewer as Administrator I'm able to change settings - but this seems to be the administrators settings - not the logged in user's.

The application has been distributed to all PC's via 3.party-product Heimdal.

When I install the client manually users can change settings whitout prolems. Any suggestions ? (manual installation on all client PC's is not an option 🙄)
