Cannot Submit Ticket - Email Field Greyed Out

I have to do the 28 days before we renew dance BUT I cannot submit a ticket because the email field is greyed out. I have NEVER been able to submit a ticket because of this.

Please advise so I can get the help I need before 28 days is up and you start sending me the nastygram collection emails.
